Control access to the debt book and keep users and entitlements correct.
As a LoanIQ Administrator you control who can see and edit the debt book, and you keep the portfolio’s users and access correct. You also have full use of LoanIQ itself.
One Platmetrix login carries across PropIQ, AssetIQ, and LoanIQ — you don’t keep separate accounts.
You need LoanIQ access on your account. If you reach a “not authorized” screen, ask your administrator to grant you LoanIQ access.
LoanIQ access has two layers you manage in Master Admin:
If LoanIQ is turned off for the account, no one can be granted access and the admin grid is disabled. Turn it on under Entitlements before credentialing users.
Sets that user’s loaniq_level (None / View / Edit) for the property, controlling what they can open and change.
The account must be entitled to LoanIQ, and you must be a LoanIQ or master administrator.
Granting access emails the user a notice that LoanIQ is open to them, scoped to the role you selected. They can sign in immediately.
