Site Planner — Analyst

Site planning with earthwork, detention, parking, a yield & cost model, ordinance check and PPTX export.

For your role

For the Analyst

You produce the work behind Site Planner. You gather and verify inputs, run the analysis, and prepare what everyone else relies on.

Where to focus

Live in the data, methodology, and “what’s inside” sections — you own their accuracy. You can move quickly past the access-and-billing material.

Section 01

What Site Planner is

Site Planner is a full site-planning tool: earthwork, retaining walls, detention basins, parking, and a yield-and-cost model — with a live ordinance check and a link to Facade Studio.

Section 02

Laying out a site

  1. Place the building footprints, drives and parking.
  2. Add grading — earthwork, retaining walls, and detention basins.
  3. Watch the yield and parking counts update as you move things.
Section 03

Yield, cost & ordinance

The tool keeps a running yield and cost model as you plan, so trade-offs are visible immediately. A live ordinance check flags where a layout runs against the rules — setbacks, parking ratios, coverage — before you commit.

Section 04

Facade Studio integration

Site Planner links to Facade Studio so massing and facade studies overlay onto the site — the two tools round-trip so the building you're styling matches the site you're planning.

Section 05

Exports

What you produce

A planned site with yield and cost, an ordinance read, and a PowerPoint round-trip export for review decks.
