Run the organization: entitlements, billing, users, admin tiers, and per-product access.
You run Platmetrix at the organization level — which products the account has (the paywall), the subscription, all users and their admin tiers, and per-product access. You work mainly in the Master Admin site.
master-admin.html).Opens the organization control panel and loads your real account data. What you see depends on your admin tier — Master sees everything; a product-tier admin sees only that product.
Only administrators can enter; residents and normal staff are turned away. You need an admin account with a tier already set by an existing Master admin.
Master Admin is tabbed: Overview, Entitlements, Billing, Users, Properties, and the tiered PropIQ / AssetIQ admin.
Entitlements is the paywall.
Enables or disables that product for the whole account and saves it. Turning it off immediately locks its admin tab and blocks any new access grants for it — enforced everywhere, not just on screen.
This affects every user at once — communicate before switching a product off, since it can remove people's access. Only a Master admin can change entitlements.
Billing manages Platmetrix's own subscription — separate from per-property rent.
Opens the processor's secure checkout / billing portal to start or change the plan the account pays for. Card details are never stored in Platmetrix.
Requires billing to be configured (a plan/price set up on the account). This is the account's own subscription — don't confuse it with property rent, which Regional Managers set up per property.
Users lists everyone with their role and admin tier.
Controls how much of Master Admin that person can use, and saves it. Master = full; product tiers = only that product's admin; No admin = a normal operator.
Grant the narrowest tier that does the job; reserve Master for a trusted few. Creating a brand-new login (vs. changing an existing one) is done through the invite flow / your auth setup.
Changing an admin tier emails the user that their administrator access changed — e.g. promoted to Master, or limited to specific products.
Create and view organization properties under Properties — they become assignable across PropIQ and AssetIQ and pick up their own banking later.
Adds the property to the account so it can be staffed, leased, and set up for rent collection.
You supply the details. Rent collection still requires a Regional Manager to complete that property's banking.
The tiered PropIQ admin and AssetIQ admin tabs show a per-user, per-property access grid.
Sets exactly who can see or edit that product on that property, and saves it immediately.
The tab is available only if that product's entitlement is on. A product that's turned off can't be granted here at all — that's the paywall holding.
Granting per-product access emails the user that the product is available to them, scoped to the property you chose.
