What Market Intelligence is

Market Intelligence is Platmetrix's flagship offering — bespoke commercial-real-estate due diligence, scoped to the decision in front of you and delivered as a protected report you read and download. It answers one question for the people who commit capital: should we pursue this site?

Each engagement runs a structured path — scope the question, gather and verify, analyze and pressure-test, recommend and hand off — and produces a market workspace covering site scorecards, comparables, a Go/No-Go read, mapping, and underwriting.

The first live market built on the tool is Dayton, OH. Additional markets are added the same way, per engagement.

What's inside a market

A market report is an interactive workspace, not a static PDF. Depending on the tier you hold, it includes:

Where you see it

Sign in on the home page and open your project card in the portal. The card shows the action for your tier: Request Access, Open Desktop Study, or Open Full Report.

Section 04

Reading a market

  1. Sign in at the portal front page and open Your Projects.
  2. Click your market card and choose the action available at your tier.
  3. The report opens in a protected workspace — navigate the scorecards, comps, radar and maps, and read the underwriting.
  4. Download the study or report where offered.

For enterprise owners

If you hold an enterprise account, you grant your own users access to the markets you've purchased — they sign in and see the same market on their home page, at the tier you set.

Section 05

How a study becomes a report you can use

The path from raw analysis to the report on your screen:

  1. Built. An analyst assembles the market and stores the report file privately.
  2. Priced & sold. The engagement is quoted; you pay a deposit or invoice.
  3. Unlocked. Your tier is raised — deposit unlocks the study, paid-in-full unlocks the report.
  4. Served. The workspace serves exactly the file your tier allows; the gate is enforced on the server, so nothing above your tier is reachable.
